These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mamba Apps application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") available through the Shopify App Store. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App provides functionality that allows Shopify merchants to create and display cross-sell offers on their product pages in order to enhance the shopping experience and potentially increase sales.
The App is provided as a software service that integrates with your Shopify store.
You must have a valid Shopify account and be authorized to manage the store in order to install and use the App.
By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the store.
The App is currently offered free of charge.
We reserve the right to introduce pricing plans or paid features in the future. If paid plans are introduced, merchants will be notified in advance, and billing will be handled through Shopify's official billing system.
Merchants will always have the option to uninstall the App before any charges occur.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if it is used in a way that harms the service, violates these Terms, or poses a risk to other users.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App only accesses the Shopify store data necessary to provide its functionality.
We do not sell merchant data or store customer personal data beyond what is required to operate the App.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
This includes loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data.
Merchants use the App at their own discretion and risk.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if continued use poses a risk to the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated date will be reflected at the top of this document.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, unless otherwise required by applicable international regulations.
